Hornet Raffles is a digital system designed to assist clubs, pubs, and community organisations in running raffles, including ticket sales, draws, and optional presentation displays. Hornet Labs provides the software only and does not operate raffles on behalf of users.
3. Eligibility
You must be authorised to act on behalf of the organisation registering for the service. Your organisation remains responsible for complying with any laws or regulations relating to raffles, gaming, and fundraising.
4. Account Registration

5. Account Status
Accounts may be pending, active, expired, or disabled. Hornet Labs may change account status where necessary, including for non-payment, misuse, or system integrity reasons.
6. Fees and Payment
Pricing is provided prior to activation. No automatic charges are made at the time of signup. Access to paid features may require payment before activation.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, manipulate raffle results, or attempt to interfere with the system.
8. Availability and Reliability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis. While Hornet Labs aims to provide a reliable system, availability is not guaranteed and features may change during testing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hornet Labs is not liable for loss of revenue, data loss, operational disruption, or errors caused by user input or misuse.
